Responsibilities

• Leading the improvement projects within the logitics operations.
• Design of Logistics processes and systems.
• Implementation of logistics solutions, including supplier selection and training of   employees.
• Optimalisation of logistics processes by analyzing processes and initiate Improvements.
• Driving the structural improvement program within Operational Logistics in general.
• Implementing Automated Storage and AGV's improvements.
• Continuously improve, secure and standardize operation of logistics processes.
• Contribute to cross-sector projects
• Tracking and daily reporting of KPI's.
• SAP and other IT tooling integration and improvement to meet end user requirements.
• Design and develop training for the employees within TWI methodology.
• Participate in Safety Management, Environmental Management, Quality Management, and Energy Management systems, adhering to IATF and VDA 6.3 standards.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the Operational Logistics & Engineering.
• Bachelor or Master degree in business engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, operational management or logistics.
• Experience with SAP system (eWM, PP, SD,IM,MM)
• Excellent knowledge MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvements based on lean principles and effective change management
• Coordinate groups of employees from different levels of education
• Leadership skills, drive for results, act under high pressure
• Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality
• Professional communication in English. 
• Strong analytical skills, presenting data as compelling information.
• Stakeholder management skills at multiple organizational levels.
• Team player and change agent, able to take both supporting and leading roles.
• Working knowledge of automotive quality and compliance standards, including IATF 16949Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Training Within Industry (TWI), and continuous improvement practices
