Responsibilities

Supervise timely execution of the production plan while maintaining expected efficiency, highest quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Support team operations in line with SQDCMS principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Sustainability)
Ensure adequate staffing and competencies through effective recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training aligned with needs and the competency matrix

Manage the departmental budget (OPEX/CAPEX)
Actively participate in the implementation of new production lines in cooperation with the Engineering Department and the

Process Control Department; collaborate on improvements, technology transfers, and new product introductions

Proactively initiate and implement optimization projects within the production area

Foster and support a culture of continuous improvement within the production team

Assist in identifying root causes of errors and implementing corrective actions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure execution of the production plan and ongoing projects

Requirements

Education

Higher technical education or equivalent practical experience

Technical Skills

Knowledge of production processes
Practical knowledge of Lean Management tools
Ability to manage a budget
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with statistical tools (Six Sigma)

People Management

English language proficiency (B2)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational abilities
Project management skills

Stability and job security through a full-time employment contract – we start with a 6-month agreement, followed by a permanent contract.

Monthly bonus (up to 10% of your monthly salary)
