POSITION
We are currently looking for a Facility & Utilities Engineer for our new plant being established in Radzikowice near Nysa. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing works and improvements, managing inventories and service supervision, as well as creating instructions (QDMS). You will report directly to the Facility & Utilities Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision of the proper functioning of building infrastructure (including electrical, sanitary, ventilation, heating, cooling, compressed air installations, and low-voltage systems).

Organizing and coordinating technical inspections, maintenance, and service work in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

Cooperation with service providers and technical service contractors.

Liaising with public administration bodies (e.g., PINB, UDT/TDT, CRO).

Monitoring operating costs and utility consumption; preparing reports and analyses.

Implementing solutions to optimize costs and increase energy efficiency in line with ISO50001 standards.

Participating in infrastructure modernization and expansion projects.

Ensuring compliance of activities with applicable laws, technical standards, and internal procedures.
REQUIREMENTS

University degree in a technical field, preferably in electrical engineering or sanitary engineering.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role, ideally 5 years.

Knowledge of medium-voltage (MV) and high-voltage (HV) systems, as well as low-voltage systems. Experience as a plant’s chief power engineer will be an asset.

Required SEP (Association of Polish Electrical Engineers) certification.

English language skills sufficient for reading technical documentation fluently.

Full-time employment. Initially hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), eventually based at the new facility in Radzikowice.
