Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the effective functioning of technical systems and equipment, such as electrical installations, air conditioning, ventilation, heating systems, fire protection systems, water and sewage systems, and compressed air installations.
  • Handling daily reports concerning building technology.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults, solving technical problems,
  • Carrying out periodic inspections and maintenance work on installations and equipment in accordance with applicable standards and recommendations,
  • Cooperating with subcontractors and external service providers.

Requirements

  • Vocational or secondary education with a technical profile (electrician, electromechanic or HVAC),
  • SEP licence for operation and supervision G1 min. up to 1kV (up to 20kV welcome),
  • Experience in operating electrical, ventilation, cooling, water and sewage, fire protection, compressed air and technical gas installations,
  • Experience in operating low-voltage systems (KD, SSWiN, CCTV, SSP),
  • Ability to read technical documentation (diagrams, drawings, instructions),
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CMMS programmes for maintenance),
  • Willingness to work shifts,
  • Independence and initiative in the position,
  • Polish language level minimum C1

Nice to have:

  • SEP qualifications in the operation and supervision of equipment in groups G2 and G3,
  • Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System) systems,
  • UDT qualifications,
  • Experience in operating freight and passenger lifts, overhead travelling cranes,
  • Experience in operating 20kV MV and 110kV HV stations
