Responsibilities
Management of analytical activities for all internal customers. This will require adequate planning, scheduling, execution and evaluation of all analysis activities, including validation testing and finally controlling the daily quality of results.
> Process owner of Managing calibration & verification methods
> Management of analytical activities for customers.
> Analytical reliability monitoring and improvement
> Planning of Physicochemical analysis of raw materials, process materials, finished goods, testing samples and developed samples
> Assessment of lab environment and facilities to satisfy requirements in ISO/TS 16949 and initiates improvement projects in order to get reliable data of analysis.
> Definition and follow up of OPEX/CAPEX budget
> Standardization of the all the analysis process. Following the quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001,ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 17025
> Registration and revision of SOP for all analytical process for standardization. - Implements new LIMS as laboratory database system
Requirements
> BSc. with 10 years' experience or over 15 years working experience after college-education in chemical analysis.
Experienced quality and laboratory management professional .
> Proven track record in leading teams, managing laboratory operations, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
> Held progressive roles from Laboratory Technician to Laboratory Manager, se
> Skilled in audits, SOP development, project coordination, and budget planning.
> Recognized for strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Stability and job security through a full-time employment contract – we start with a 6-month agreement, followed by a permanent contract.
We work with a compensation model based on a fixed salary and bonuses:
Monthly bonus (up to 10% of your monthly salary)
Annual bonus (up to 5% of your yearly salary)
