Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting current failures and faults on production lines
• Reporting irregularities affecting machine and equipment failures 
• Performing scheduled and ongoing repairs, inspections, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and production lines
• Reporting spare part requirements
• Participating in teams investigating the root causes of breakdowns, daily cooperation with other maintenance staff and production teams. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Maintenance Department
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift/4-team system
• Technical education (preferred fields: mechanics, mechatronics)  
• Ability to diagnose faults and repair machines
• Ability to read technical documentation (diagrams, drawings)
• Independence and initiative in the position held
• Polish language level minimum C1
