Responsibilities

• Maintaining the operational efficiency of machines and equipment in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics.

• Diagnosing and repairing failures on production machines and production equipment.

• Performing inspections, maintenance and planned overhauls of machines in accordance with the maintenance schedule.

• Cooperating with the electrical team and other departments to ensure production continuity.

• Maintaining technical documentation and reporting completed work.

• Complying with health and safety regulations and internal plant procedures.

• Initiating and participating in machine modification projects.

Requirements

Technical education, experience working in a similar position within a maintenance department, proficiency in reading technical drawings and documentation, ability to work with industrial automation systems, willingness to work in a shift system.

What do we offer

Stability and job security through a full-time employment contract – we start with a 6-month agreement, followed by a permanent contract. 

We work with a compensation model based on a fixed salary and bonuses: 

Monthly bonus (up to 10% of your monthly salary)
