POSITION
We are currently seeking a Technical Operator for the Water Treatment Area at our new plant in Nysa. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the wastewater treatment plant and equipment in full compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing operation and supervision of the water treatment process in accordance with  applicable procedures.
• Starting up, shutting down, and stabilizing the operation of the equipment and systems at the water treatment plant.
• Monitoring and recording process and technological parameters.
• Inspecting the operation of process equipment (tanks, pumps, valves, probes, sensors, flow meters).
• Collecting water samples and submitting them to the laboratory.
• Responding to alarms and parameter deviations in accordance with procedures.
• Maintaining shift logs and control charts.
• Performing basic operational tasks and providing support for operational activities and TPM (e.g., basic inspections of technical condition, cleanliness, and labeling).
• Maintaining the workstation in accordance with 6S standards.
• Collaborating with the team on improvement initiatives in accordance with  Lean Management principles.
• Performing other tasks within the scope of one’s responsibilities, as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Willingness to work shifts.
• Experience working on industrial systems is preferred.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures.
• Willingness to work in an environment based on 6S, Lean, and TPM standards.

Preferred: 
• Basic knowledge of water treatment processes—preferred
