We are currently looking for a Systems and Analytics Expert, to join our growing team in Poland, Nysa Plant / Wrocław Office. In this role your main responsibility will be: maintaining, updating and improving SAP SuccessFactors System.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain SAP SuccessFactors System – analysis and resolution of user problems, escalation and cooperation with external consultants if necessary
- Managing the modification of the System modules in accordance with business requirements and implementing dedicated solutions.
- Creating and conducting trainings for all corporate users, write manuals and instructions
- Cooperation with HR and IT departments
Our requirements
- Professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors System
- Professional experience or academic understanding HR information systems
- Professional experience in project management
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and learn quickly
- A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Goal-oriented, ability to work with KPI’s
- Communicative spoken and written Polish C1 and English C1
Optional
- Familiarity with TETA HRM
- Professional experience in working with production plants
- Experience in setting up a Sharepoint structure
